We stand ready to replace any item afflicted by a manufacturing defect throughout its usability. A product's duration of use is not boundless; rather, it is an assessment rooted in the practical preservation of its performance. How the product is employed directly influences the span of its functional viability. As time passes, materials will deteriorate and fade, while mobile components such as zippers, buckles, and snaps will inevitably show signs of wear due to usage. The determination of this lifespan rests within the reasonable discretion of our team responsible for warranties and repairs. Multiple factors will be taken into account, including but not limited to:
1. The category of the product, its constituent materials, and its intended purpose.
2. How it was used, and the nature of the issue.
3. The age of the product.
It is essential to note that our limited warranty does not cover damages resulting from:
- Misuse, abuse, or neglect of the products.
- Accidents, spills, or exposure to liquids, fire, or extreme environmental conditions.
The following instances are not covered under our warranty:
Pilling, abrasion, pinholes, or other superficial cosmetic wear and tear that doesn't impact the product's function and performance.
Rips, punctures, and burns (e.g., from a campfire) sustained during use in the field or due to regular wear.
Products that experience shrinkage or damage due to laundering are contrary to our care instructions.
Damage caused by animals (e.g., your dog chewing on your socks).
Accidental damage, including using sharp blades when unboxing packages.
Unsanctioned repairs or modifications to the products.
Normal wear and tear, including minor scratches, dents, and cosmetic blemishes.
Items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during personal trips or while traveling.
- Any other circumstances beyond our control or unrelated to defects in materials or workmanship.

Your order number.
The name of the product or its SKU number/Product code (available in your confirmation email).
Detail the issue you're facing and attach clear photographs for reference.
Upon receiving your request, please allow up to 8 business days for us to process your matter.
Please note that we retain the right to decline requests that do not align with our warranty policy requirements.
Terms & Conditions
Our warranty coverage encompasses only original, unchanged, and unmodified items as well as workmanship. Furthermore, products customized via our group sales department also qualify for warranty coverage.
When submitting items for warranty or repair purposes, please ensure they are clean. Unwashed products will be returned to you without a resolution for your claim.
