-For orders less than $ 34.99, the shipping fee to the USA is $ 9.99

Processing Time

1-3 business days to process.

Standard Shipping: 4-7 business days after the package is shipped. According to statistics, the vast majority of orders (processing time + expedited shipping time) can arrive on time. In case of late arrival, we will provide you with a free discount coupon of $ 3 for the next purchase, in this case, contact us to obtain the discount coupon.

Disclaimer: Occasionally due to carrier volume, holidays, peak periods, customs processing delays, inaccurate or incomplete shipping information (eg, recipient address PO Box, missing or incorrect recipient phone number ) or non-delivery or refusal of the recipient to accept delivery.

We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Packages are shipped from Monday to Friday.

Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel the order by yourself for any reason within 24 hours of payment, and you will be refunded the total amount that you paid for the purchase. After this time, if you still want to cancel the orders, please contact us, and we will check the status of your order, if it is not processed, you will be refunded the total amount you paid for the purchase.
  • The order cannot be canceled once it is processed.

 Where you can change or cancel your order by yourself:

  • Upon completing your payment, you will have access to cancel, edit, and reorder buttons for your order. Within 24 hours of making the payment, you can utilize these options to modify or cancel your order independently.
  • You can also change or cancel your order on your account page, click "my orders" on your account page and you can see edit/cancel and reorder buttons for each order. And you can choose to change or cancel your order by yourself within 24 hours of payment.

 

Change address

If your order has not been processed yet, you can still change the address, please contact our customer service team for help. After this time, if you still want to change your address, please contact us for help, if your order has not been processed yet, we can change the address for you.

Kindly be aware that once your order undergoes processing, any changes to the shipping address are not feasible. If you wish to reroute the package to a new address upon its arrival, you can explore the following alternatives:

  • If the initial address is accurate, the package will be successfully delivered there. Upon its arrival, you can reach out to your local post office to inquire about the possibility of forwarding or redirecting the package.
  • If the original address is inaccurate, the package will not be delivered and will instead be returned to our warehouse. For assistance, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team and provide them with the order number. We are more than willing to provide our support!

 

Track Your Order

Click the "Track Orders" button here or in the website footer, you can choose to enter your order number together with your email or phone number or just enter your tracking number. Click the "Track" button and you can see the status of your order.

Your order may be in one of the following states:

  • Ordered: You've placed the order and it's received by the company.
  • Order Ready: Your order is processed and ready for shipment.
  • In Transit: Your order is on its way to you.
  • Out for Delivery: Your order is about to be delivered to your address.
  • Delivered: Your order has been successfully delivered to you.

We are not responsible if a package cannot be delivered due to missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. Please be careful to enter the correct shipping details at checkout.

 

Missing Items

Should you find that a package is missing an item, there are generally two possible explanations:

  1. To expedite the delivery process, certain orders might be shipped in distinct packages. Verify your confirmation email to determine if your order is expected to arrive in multiple shipments.

  2. If your entire order does not arrive by the anticipated delivery date, we recommend reaching out to our Customer Care Team. This way, we can promptly investigate the matter on your behalf and provide swift assistance.

 

Delivered But Not Received

If your order was marked as delivered but is not at the desired location, we first suggest verifying the shipping address on your order. If the shipping address is correct, check all possible locations around your home, apartment, or office and see if someone else accepted the delivery. If you find that your address is incorrect, please contact us immediately and we will find a solution!

Additionally, packages may be prematurely marked as delivered. We suggest waiting 3 business days for your package to arrive after the listed delivery date. If your order does not arrive within this time frame, please reach out to us and we will find a solution!

Please be aware, lost packages must be reported within 14 days of the marked delivery date. 

 

Duties and Taxes

The specific Customs Duties are as follows:

1) Shipments will be delivered with duty and tax unpaid.
