How Do I Join?

Add the membership to your cart and go through the checkout process like any other purchase. 

IS THE MEMBERSHIP FEE A RECURRING CHARGE?

No. Members pay $12 USD each year for access to the membership program. The membership will not auto-renew  .If the membership expires after 1 year, you need to renew it manually There are no termination fees or hidden costs .  All purchases of the membership are final. 

DO I NEED TO HAVE AN ACCOUNT?

Yes. Once you sign up, you’ll be prompted to create an account (if you don’t already have one). This is how you will access your store credit, referral links, and management of your membership.

IS THERE ANYWHERE MY MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS ARE NOT VALID?

The member discounts and free shipping benefits can only be accessed on our website.

You must use the same email you used when purchasing your membership in order to access your benefits. You have to sign in to your account to access your membership benefits.

Member exclusive discounts are auto-applied and will be visible in checkout. No code is needed. However, the discounts will only apply if you are logged into your Pewox account. Please confirm you are logged in with the same email address you purchased your membership with.

HOW LONG DO STORE CREDITS LAST?

Store credit expires after 60 days of getting them.
